I strongly believe that your brand suffers when the quality of the photos varies from one listing to another, so you can expect the same magazine quality photographs for a multi-million dollar mansion as for a one bedroom condo. The subject may change, but the quality of the image will not.
Pricing
Pricing and options are based on the size of the property. There are four main packages that are offered, as well as additional options if desired.

The Twilight
A twilight shoot captures that magical moment when the sun sets and the lights of the home glow invitingly. A twilight shoot requires a separate trip to the property.* It is only possible within approximately a 20 minute window when the sun dips below the horizon - usually at sunset. Nothing showcases a home like a twilight shoot. Only one shoot is possible per day, and usually result in 2-4 finished images, depending on the complexity of the set up and size of the property.

Specialty Photographic Services
While the vast majority of a realtor's needs will be met by a combination of the above packages, if you can dream it, I can make it happen for you. Services such as night photography, painting with light, infra-red, etc. And of course for the truly discerning client demanding one of a kind, hand crafted images: film photography. From medium format all the way up to 4x5 sheet film, fine art black & white prints (made in a dark room on silver gelatine paper, processed to archival standards)up to 20x24 inches. These are unique and very specific requests and therefore can not be compartmentalized, so

Our commitment
The time on site will vary with the size of the property and the number and type of images requested. On average a typical residential property will require approximately 1-2 hours on site. The images will be delivered electronically unless otherwise requested. Each photo will be delivered in TWO formats: one optimized for WEB display, one optimized for PRINTING. If you know of any special requirements such as specific file formats or colour space management (sometimes requested by high quality print houses), those adjustments will be made at no extra charge.
